I am currently enrolled on the 'Compassionate Inquiry' professional training that is run by Gabor Mate. This postgraduate level training focuses on working with trauma and integrates Psychoanalysis, CBT and Somatic therapies.

Previous Continuing Professional Development includes training in various aspects of new wave CBT as well as the 'Trauma Informed Care' approach to therapy

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their code of ethics and professional standards

I have worked both privately and in the public sector since 2009 and have a depth of experience with the 12 step approach to addiction and recovery
